Refund Policy – Mariners Assemble

At Mariners Assemble, we strive to provide the highest quality of educational services to help students achieve their career goals. However, we understand that there may be situations where a student may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:

No Refunds After Course Commencement
Once a course has commenced, Mariners Assemble does not entertain any refund requests. This policy applies to all students regardless of their participation or engagement in the course after it has started.

Refund Requests Before Course Commencement
If a student wishes to withdraw from the batch before the course starts, they may request a refund. In such cases:

A platform fee of 10%+ 18% GST of the total course fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and operational costs.
The remaining 72 % of the fee will be refunded within 7-10 business days of the request.
Course Cancellation by Mariners Assemble

If Mariners Assemble cancels a course or batch before it starts, students are eligible for a full refund. In such cases, no platform fee will be deducted, and the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Non-Transferable Fees
Fees paid for one batch or course cannot be transferred to another batch or course at Mariners Assemble.
